Have you caught Clapotis?
Clapotis, a French word meaning "little ripples", and pronounced Clap-O-Tee, was one of the big reader favorites from the fall issue of Knitty.

Finished versions are all over the web, and you can see tons of them at the knitalong's host, here. I could never pick a favorite, though I am partial to the original :-).

My favorite tribute, though, I can pick: this poem, with accompanying pictures. Perfection.
